1. Home Chargepoint Grant
You can get up to £350 off the cost of installing a home chargepoint. To qualify:
You need to own or rent your home.
You’ve got to have private off-street parking.
The charger has to be on the government-approved list.
Basically, it helps make installing a home charger a lot more affordable.
2. Workplace Charging Scheme
If you run a business, charity, or public sector place, the government can help you put chargers in for staff and visitors:
£350 per socket is covered.
You can get up to 40 sockets across your sites.
The grant covers up to 75% of installation costs.
It’s a nice way to support staff driving EVs and show you care about the planet.
3. Grants for Landlords
Landlords can also get support to put chargers in at rental properties:
Up to £350 per socket.
You can apply for up to 200 grants a year.
